Refund & Returns Policy

Coast2Coast is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Each seller sets their own refund and return terms. Always check the listing and message the seller before buying if you have questions.

Item not received or not as described

Contact the seller first through the in-app inbox. If you can't resolve it within 7 days of the expected delivery date, email abuse@shopcoast2coast.com. You may also dispute the charge directly with your card issuer.

Refund process

Prohibited and "all sales final" listings

Sellers may mark certain items "final sale" in the listing description. Even so, items that arrive materially different from the listing are eligible for review.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback bypasses our review process. Chargeback decisions rest with Stripe and the issuing card networks.
