What we collect

• Account info: name, email, password (hashed), display name, avatar.
• Listings & messages: content you post, photos you upload, messages you send.
• Transaction info: shipping address, order history. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see them.
• Seller verification: Stripe collects identity and bank info for payouts (Stripe Connect).
• Device & usage: IP address, browser, pages viewed, basic analytics.
• Cookies: for sign-in sessions and basic analytics.

How we use it

• Run the marketplace — show listings, deliver messages, process payments.
• Verify identity, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms.
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, and safety issues.
• Improve the service.

Who we share with

• Other users: your display name, avatar, listings, and messages you send to them.
• Stripe: for payments and payouts.
• Service providers: hosting, email, analytics — under contract.
• Law enforcement: when legally required, or to report illegal content (including NCMEC reports for CSAM).

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email abuse@shopcoast2coast.com to make a request.

Data retention

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

We will update this policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
